Free Domestic Shipping for Orders $125 or more
We ship USPS Priority Mail. To most addresses these packages arrive within 3 business days.
Domestic mail also covers those who receive mail through military or diplomatic mail services!
We ship every Wednesday, however because of the nature of running a micro mill we may have schedule conflicts and ship on another day or slightly later.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Military and diplomatic mail falls under domestic shipping, see above.
We gladly offer full refunds on items purchased through our online shop, minus shipping, on items in original sale condition, including label, within 7 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on items purchased anywhere else, including festivals and events.
Follow these three easy steps to return an item:
1. Please email us at Info@lisadachingerwools.com to let us know a return is on it’s way first. If you are not sure an item is returnable, now is the time to ask. We will send you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
2. Place the Lisa Dachinger Wools Inc. item(s) you are returning in your package along with a copy of your invoice OR the packing slip. If you don’t have either of those anymore, please include your full name, email address and order number. The order number will be on the invoice sent to your email address. Please put a note with the RMA# inside the package with your return.
3. Mail your return package to us and wait for an email to let you know your refund is on it’s way!
